When you order or book with us we collect the details you give: your name, room or suite, and — if you choose to share them — your email and phone number, plus any note you add. We also keep the contents, total and status of your order or booking.

A small anonymous identifier is stored on your device so you can see your past orders and bookings on a return visit. It is a random token — not your name, email or any personal detail.

To prepare, confirm and deliver what you asked for, to let you view its status and history, and — if you left an email — to send your confirmation. Card payments are handled on our payment provider’s secure page; we never see or store your card details.

Your information is handled by Demo by Doraki(the hotel) and Doraki (the platform), and by the service providers that run these services on our behalf: the card payment gateway (JCC), email delivery (Resend), image and hosting infrastructure (Bunny CDN, Vercel), and — where the hotel uses it — the property management system via Doraki’s posting service. Each processes your data only to provide its part of the service.

Records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order or booking and meet the hotel’s accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. The device identifier expires after about six months of inactivity.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Contact Demo by Doraki and we’ll be glad to help.
